1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using Memory Card ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Memory Card is a social gaming journal that allows you to log games, write reviews, create collections, follow other gamers, join communities, and share your gaming experiences.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create on the App (reviews, posts, collections, messages, etc.).
License to Us: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
Content Standards: You agree not to post content that is:
• Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing
• Spam or misleading
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate for a gaming community
Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is reported by other users. Administrators may hide reviews or ban users who repeatedly violate community standards.
5. PRIVACY SETTINGS
Public Profiles: By default, your profile is public and visible to all users.
Private Profiles: You can make your profile private in settings. When private, users must request to follow you and you must approve before they can see your game library, collections, and reviews.
Blocking: You can block users to prevent them from viewing your content or contacting you.
6. PROHIBITED USES
You agree NOT to:
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Scrape or automatically collect data from the App
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the App's systems
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Spam users with unwanted messages or content
7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
By You: You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, without notice or liability.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Game Information: Game titles, cover images, and descriptions may be trademarks of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
App Content: The App's design, code, and branding are owned by Memory Card and protected by copyright law.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEMORY CARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
